URI Europe Cooperation Circle (CC) meets several times a year, mostly in Brussels for consultation and decision making. They bring together URI activists from Belgium, Catalonia/Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Germany and the UK. CC members are volunteers with one part-time staff member.
